Additional Background Services

Criminal Background                        $25.00 for One County
                                                   $20.00 Each Additional County

Credit Union Employment Resources will conduct a current county criminal background investigation upon an applicant’s contingent acceptance of an offer from the credit union.  If requested, the investigation can be expanded to all counties of residence for the last seven years.

The candidate will be required to sign a release allowing Credit Union Employment Resources to obtain their criminal background information.  In the event of a criminal record, Credit Union Employment Resources will consult with the credit union to determine appropriate further action.

Global Watch List Check                    $25.00

Credit Union Employment Resources will "name match only" your candidates through the database for agencies such as OFAC, FBI, INTERPOL and World Bank. The candidate will be required to sign a release allowing Credit Union Employment Resources to perform this search.

Drug Screening                                   $52.00

Upon client request, Credit Union Employment Resources will provide paperwork and direct the candidate to a drug-screening firm upon an applicant’s contingent acceptance of an offer from the credit union.

The candidate will be required to sign a release allowing Credit Union Employment Resources to obtain the results of the drug screening.  Results are usually provided within 24 hours.

Education Verification                        $10.00 to 20.00

Credit Union Employment Resources will confirm degrees, diplomas or certifications and dates attended upon the client’s request.  The candidate will be required to sign a release allowing Credit Union Employment Resources to verify education.

Employment Verification                     $20.00

Credit Union Employment Resources will verify basic employment information (i.e., dates of employment, job title, reason for leaving) if available.   The candidate will be required to sign a release allowing Credit Union Employment Resources to conduct such verification.

Reference Checking                             $20.00 per reference

Driving Record                                     $25.00

Bond Verification                

Credit Union Employment Resources will verify the Bondability Status of a potential employee through the CUMIS Insurance Society, Inc.   The candidate will be required to sign a release allowing Credit Union Employment Resources to conduct such verification.
